On line 39, the value for the givens field is "?", the suggested correction is "???vina". Submitted by Jean-Marc Voisard.
This correction was evaluated by Michel Dubois: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct.
