On line 13, the value for the surname field is "Keeten", the suggested correction is "Keeter". Submitted by Margaret Cox. The following comment was attached: Note the "r" on the end of "Ester" on line 10.
This correction was evaluated by L.M. Bradley: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct. This comment was added: Unclear as the r on the end of Stauffer is different than either the r on Ester or on Alexander and this letter looks like none of them.
