On line 6, the value for the surname field is "Dunreath", the suggested correction is "Dunseath". Submitted by Margaret Cox.
This correction was evaluated by Harold Hails: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct.
