Title: Elizabeth Willis (Obituary)

It is our sad duty to chronicle the death of Miss Elizabeth Willis, daughter of Robert W. Willis, which sad event took place at Montreal on Monday 11th. Miss Willis had been ailing for over a year and about Christmas went to Montreal to see if the change would do her good, and every possible thing was done for her; but she passed away peacefully at the early age of twenty-two just on the brink of womanhood. She leaves behind a name of purity, goodness and intelligence. But to her friends, she is not lost, but gone, before, to a purer clime, were all is free of blight of care. The remains arrived on late train Wednesday night and was laid to rest Thursday. The Funeral was largely attended. To the bereaved mother and sister, we extend our heartfelt sympathy.
