On line 21, the value for the givens field is "Mable ?", the suggested correction is "Mable T.". Submitted by Ron Awde.
This correction was evaluated by Fran Irwin: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct. This comment was added: It could be an S - curl on bottom of letter is like the S for single , T on line 18 does not have curl - still unclear
