On line 33, the value for the givens field is "Junia", the suggested correction is "Sonia". Submitted anonymously. The following comment was attached: She was the sister of my grand mother and I know her. Her son is still alive.
This correction was evaluated by Michel Dubois: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct.
