On line 22, the value for the surname field is "Van Horman", the suggested correction is "Van Norman". The following comment was attached: Van Norman is more likely although Horman can be a Dutch / Flemish name.
This correction was evaluated by Lorraine Rhode: I have checked the image of the original form and am very sure that the suggested correction does not reflect the original.
