On line 36, the value for the surname field is "Deshaw", the suggested correction is "Derham (?)". Submitted anonymously.
This correction was evaluated by Willie Armstrong: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct. This comment was added: Could be Deshane.
