This correction was evaluated by Tim McGinnis: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct. This comment was added: I cannot tell whether it is a 10 or an 18. Therefore I have added a line note to suggest that it could be either.
