On line 28, the value for the givens field is "Himfiry", the suggested correction is "Humphrey". Submitted anonymously. The following comment was attached: My grandfather was Joseph Picard, He and Louisa Edwards live together in a common law marriage, Joe Edwards was my half uncle.
This correction was evaluated by Diane Shaw: I have checked the image of the original form and am very sure that the suggested correction does not reflect the original.
