On line 42, the value for the sex field is "M", the suggested correction is "F". Submitted by Norma Maus.
This correction was evaluated by Barbara Rose: I have checked the image of the original form and the correct value is debatable but I think the transcribed value is more likely to be correct. This comment was added: I agree this should be "F" for gender, but "son" is also very clearly written too
